Hi Todd! We just had heat pumps installed at our house this week by your company, Central Maine Heat Pumps. I just wanted to share with you how pleased we were with the excellent service that we received right from the start. I found your company by googling heat pumps. My first interaction was with Gary. He was great over the phone. He came to the house to look things over and give us an estimate. Gary was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining how the system works. He was great to talk with. The two installers who came did a great job as well as the electrician. Everything went smoothly. We had four heat pumps installed. I was amazed at how quickly they got the system up and running. Everything was cleaned up nicely. The outside duct work looks really good. All of my questions were answered on how to use the system. My husband and I were amazed at how well it heated the house last night. We turned back our furnace and the house stayed right at 70 degrees. It was so quiet and didn't even know it was on! We are so pleased to have gotten the heat pumps installed. We are looking forward to trying out the AC this summer! We are also very happy that we chose Central Maine Heat Pumps!
